To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.Have solid experience in technical and commercial sales in petrochemical business or chemical solutions in oil and gas sector.Knowledge in upstream (midstream and downstream operations is desired)Demonstrate fluency in English.Show good oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal and leadership skillsDemonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to lead programs/projects.Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. In this role you will be responsible for winning business, developing operational plan and contributions of the larger unit from Brazil.As a Lead Sales specialist, you will be responsible for:
Positioning Baker Hughes chemical technology/portfolio and identifying the best technical and commercial solution for winning business.Working in close cooperation with regional sales, account sales, and commercial proposal staff.Primary sales role involved in increasing market penetration through technical support and commercial strategies.Handling products/ services related to chemical solutions and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment and client conditions.Managing complex sales processes requiring the involvement of many stakeholders both on the client side and internallyHandling important clients in the oil and gas sector for a product line. The department is involved in medium-large sales.Customer facing staff responsible for winning business and market penetration through develops commercial and operational plans.
