Role and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Operating Plan (OP) targets for the services portfolio.Meeting operational quarterly Orders and Growth KPIs by managing pipeline opportunities, orders/ convertible orders and profitability of PT-Service business.Provide timely and accurate monthly business forecast and management of Salesforce systemIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.Work closely and collaboratively with Account/Country Managers to leverage, build, and maintain close customer relationship and sales opportunities.Monitor and mapping out market trends and dynamic with aware of competition for key customers vis. Meralco, San Miguel, NGCP, Mariveles and other Utility, Power generation and Industrial customers and provide timely feedback in order to guide product development, promotion, price and go-to market strategies.Assess opportunity complexity in order to define winning strategy with the input of Account/Country Managers and PT-SER subregion leader.Prepare and submit the of high-quality Commercial proposals and bids along with Techno-commercial proposal in coordination with cross-functional teams (tendering, engineering, and commercial operation team) to gather necessary information.Ensure contract review process adherence to all government-contracting requirement with support from Commercial operation team and minimum support from GE Legal resources.Enforce order-booking requirement and ensure proper contract hand over to Operation team.Ensure proposals are compliant with customer requirements, GE Vernova company policies 5.0 and Risk Analysis and Mitigation (RAM) approval process.Managing, supporting, and motivating Channel Partner (development where needed) in achieving annual sales target. Review key initiatives to increase channels effectiveness and where necessary conduct/co-ordinate product training and application support to channel partner.Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ successful track record and experience in Sales and Proposal Management in High Voltage Grid Products and or Services (GIS, AIS, GCB, Power Transformer)Strong understanding of business processes and acumen with ability to demonstrate market dynamics and trends in The PhilippinesHas strong interpersonal skills, strong technical background, and ability to think and propose different solutions outside of set parameter to address customer problem.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across global landscape in a matrixed environment to achieve best outcome.
