POSITION SUMMARY

The Lead Salesforce Engineer Senior is passionate about building highly scalable enterprise level CRM applications. This position is responsible for development and elaboration of Sales CRM business initiatives. The candidate will be expected to understand the current enterprise solutions and how they are part of an integrated solution. The candidate must be able to enhance current Salesforce CRM Platform and be able develop new sales and service applications within Salesforce platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, designs and develops CRM enhancements on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lighting components and Visualforce.

Provides insight into Salesforce product usage, functionality, and capabilities. Helps identify new opportunities to make the system more efficient, scalable and maintainable using out of box salesforce functionality.

Translates business requirements into technical solutions that leverages the Salesforce platform in a cost effective, and efficient way.

Actively involves in all stages of the Salesforce development projects (i.e., definition, development, testing, release and support).

Partners with other development teams including integration and database teams to build integration points between Salesforce and back-end systems.

Provides documentation, training, and support for the designed solution.

Investigates/evaluates new CRM technologies/Plug-ins to meet current and future needs.

Salesforce administration leveraging standard salesforce functionalities.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree required with minimum 8 years of Salesforce development experience. Salesforce developer II certification preferred.

Experience with Sales, Service & Marketing cloud.

Preferred background implementing / optimizing Salesforce across multiple organizations.

Knowledge of Salesforce.com Architecture, Integration, Design, Development, Administration and Operation Support required.

Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs, SQL, RDBMS experience required.

Strong system development lifecycle experience.

Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.

Preferred experience Salesforce Application Exchange Products.

Web services and integration experience.

Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployments is a plus.

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical parties.

Excellent customer service orientation.

Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management.

Strong analytical skills: effective decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately exercise independent judgment.

Strong quality orientation with an attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently, as well as effectively function as a member of the Salesforce Team.

Integrity, ability to maintain and work with confidential information.

Strong Microsoft Office skills to include MS Word & Excel.
