We're looking for a candidate with a strong track record in implementing Commerce solutions with integration to multiple systems, and the expertise to drive this forward!

Responsibilities:

Lead and provide technical solutions that can be configured in the SAP Commerce Cloud solution and provide “outside-in” thinking to propose alternative solutions where a fit in the Commerce solution is not optimal.Active listening and analyzing user stories and requirements to determine if enough level of detail is provided. If not, drive conversations to detail out the full request.Map these requirements to our existing SAP Commerce Cloud solution to determine whether they can be achieved through out-of-the-box capabilities or if customizations are needed.Lead and drive all design, development, and deployment activities associated with SAP Commerce Cloud and the Order Management eco-system, providing overall platform domain expertise.Lead solution design sessions with business partners, system integration suppliers, and other IT teams, translating requirements/business rules into detailed functional/business specifications (Jira user stories).Create test plans and develop quality assurance methodologies. Lead integration testing efforts while identifying, managing, escalating and mitigating risks for a timely project delivery.Summarize technical designs and changes to a non-technical audience while providing direction to the delivery team. Lead cross-functional teams through the development project lifecycle.Collaborate with onsite and offshore developers/engineers on transformational large-scale SAP Commerce Cloud projects.Own application versioning and plans and maintain upgrade cycles, patch acceptance testing, release and change management processes for the SAP Commerce Cloud application.Create, analyze, and maintain documentation, functional and technical specifications for SAP Commerce Cloud and other eco-systems requiring changes to support the project.Develop and communicate training and documentation for business partners.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredExperience in designing and deploying search capabilities in Commerce CloudExperience with Global catalog/regional catalog design.Experience with integration from Commerce Cloud to multiple ERP systems.Experience in version upgrades (actual participation or leading one).Experience in standing up a storefront using Composable Storefront.Able to troubleshoot production issuesAble to monitor & fine-tune performance issues. Strong communication skills working with stakeholders to understand issues or requirements and explain solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

Technical skills include: SAP Commerce Cloud development proficiencyKnowledge of log analysis using SplunkExtensive knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud deployment lifecycleWorking knowledge of Hybris development tools, including Github/BitbucketKnowledge of the SAP middleware systems like CPI & its integration with Commerce Cloud Knowledge of SAP incident creation and resolutionExperience with ECC/S4C/C4C integrations, including working with WSDL calls Deep understanding of the various Commerce Cloud components, including Master data, Catalog design, Solr configuration, SmartEdit, HAC, BackOffice, and Composable Storefront.

Base Pay: Expected Base Pay Range: $134,000 to $185,000 Annualized

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed.  Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.

*Topcon time off policies can vary as well as roles which are exempt or non-exempt.  For hourly (“non-exempt”) employees, we offer personal paid time off which accrues in accordance with local standards.  For salaried (“exempt”) employees, we offer a flexible paid time off policy giving you flexibility to take time when needed, while supporting business needs.  All paid time off policies are in accordance with or exceeding local law.  Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for our Health and Welfare benefit package.
