Title: Lead SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Business Analyst

CURRENT NEED

We are looking for a SAP P2P Business Analyst for our Enterprise Application P2P Technology and Quality Services in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, implementation, and support of SAP logistics solutions to meet the business requirements. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring the efficient operation of logistics processes within the SAP environment.

Position Description

Key Accountabilities:

Coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables.Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules related to procure-to-pay processes, including Procurement (MM), Vendor Management, Invoice Management, and Payment Processing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions to optimize the procure-to-pay cycle.Provide expertise in SAP best practices, system integration, and data migration to improve procurement efficiency and compliance.Conduct system testing, user training, and provide ongoing support to ensure the stability and effectiveness of SAP procure-to-pay systems.Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to align with business needs and industry standards.Lead a team of SAP analysts, provide mentorship, and ensure project milestones are met within scope and budget.Stay informed about SAP updates, procurement trends, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement in the procure-to-pay process.Act as the primary point of contact for P2P-related SAP issues and solutions.Work with business stakeholders to understand their P2P requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.Develop functional specifications and business process documentation.Ensure the integration of SAP P2P module with other SAP and non-SAP systems.Lead the implementation of new SAP logistics functionalities and enhancements.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP P2P modules.Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimization.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and team members.Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and industry best practices.Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and performance.

Minimum Requirements

Critical Skills

Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, WM).Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects.Strong understanding of logistics processes and best practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.SAP certification in logistics modules is a plus.Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP PP

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is huge plusMust have a strong customer and quality focus Strong technical skills in SAP ABAP programming for custom development and troubleshooting.Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate user adoption of new systems and processesExcellent verbal and written communications skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.In-depth understanding of industry specific logistics processes and best practicesAdaptability and willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.

Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S, now or in the future, without support from McKesson.

Relocation is NOT budgeted for this position.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$126,000 - $210,000
