As a Lead scrum master, you will

Act as a servant leader to foster a culture of continuous improvementFacilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectivesPromote latest agile practices, and help deliver high-value and quality software to customersBuild strong, collaborative relationships with product management, engineering, documentation, support, and field teamsTrack and report on progress, ensuring sprint goals are met and deadlines are adhered to

Skills, qualifications & experience:

Bachelor’s degree with at least eight (8) years of experience, or Master’s degree with at least six (6) years of experience. Relevant degree fields include Computer Science, Math, and ElectronicsExcellent problem-solving skills & the ability to remove obstacles that hinder team progressProven experience as a scrum master or a similar agile roleAbility to coach and mentor teams and individuals to adopt agile practices effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum principlesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholdersFamiliarity with DevOps practices and how they align with agile processesExperience with agile project management tools (Rally, Jira or similar)Scrum master certification (preferred)
