You will oversee and lead a team of security escorts, manage daily operations, and maintain a high level of security and confidentiality. Your responsibilities will include coordinating escort schedules, liaising with clients, and implementing security protocols. + **Team Leadership:** + Recruit, train, and supervise a team of security escorts. + Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching to team members. + Foster a culture of professionalism, security awareness, and exceptional customer service within the team. + **Escort Coordination:** + Schedule and assign security escorts to accompany clients as needed, ensuring adequate coverage for all escort requests. + Maintain a detailed log of escort assignments and activities. + Monitor the progress of escort missions and address any issues or concerns in real-time. + **Security Protocols:** + Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures, including access control, verification of credentials, and adherence to confidentiality requirements. + Conduct regular reviews and updates of security policies and procedures to enhance effectiveness and mitigate risks. + **Client Communication:** + Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients to understand their security needs and preferences. + Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. + **Incident Management:** + Respond to and manage security incidents or breaches involving escorts, clients, or assets. + Investigate and report incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. + **Documentation and Reporting:** + Maintain accurate records of escort activities, incidents, and any security-related incidents. + Prepare reports summarizing escort operations, security incidents, and performance metrics.
