Position Overview: The Security Technician is responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects related to Access Control, IP Video, CCTV, Integration, and Low Voltage systems. In this role, the Project Specialist will be required to work with contractors, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projectsMonitor project timelines to ensure that milestones are metEnsure customer satisfaction with the installation and maintenance of Access Control, IP Video, CCTV, Integration, Fire Alarm and Low Voltage systemsManage budgets and ensure that project costs remain within budgetPrepare and present project status on a regular basis to stakeholdersProvide technical support to customers and contractors on Access Control, IP Video, CCTV, Integration, Fire Alarm and Low Voltage systemsQualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the Access Control, IP Video, CCTV, Integration, Fire Alarm, and Low Voltage systemsMinimum of 3 years of experience in project managementExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong problem solving and conflict resolution skillsKnowledge of Access Control, IP Video, CCTV, Integration, Fire Alarm, and Low Voltage systemsBenefits
