Schedule: FTE 0.01, Variable

Responsible for leading the daily operations of the department, including schedule adjustments and monitoring activities to verify compliance with established policies and standards.  Provides leadership and direction to staff in coordination with and in the absence of a supervisor's presence.   Assumes role of "person in charge" when required, in accordance with Washington State Food Code.

Required qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or GED Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority 

Preferred qualifications:

1 year of Institutional, Restaurant, Hotel, or Healthcare food service experience. 1 year of Leadership experience.
