Lead/Senior Power Engineer

Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Power electronics product, Power distribution unit, Power supply, Power Pan… architecture design, design implementation or improvement, performance evaluation and qualification, cost reduction and lifecycle management with compliance of GEHC product development process + Power hardware circuit, power modules, Power cable and cable routing design according to system specifications + Engaging in all phases of new product introduction, including development plan, design review, design verification and validation, documentation and prototype process, performance hardware test, supplier communication, manufacturing transfer and Install Base support. + Responsible for ensuring the design quality and technical support in GEHC organization **Required Qualifications** + MS in electrical engineering, automation engineering, power electronics major preferred + Minimum 3 years experiences on electronics R&D in healthcare, automation, or other power electronics industry + Familiar with some of the areas: popular power conversion topologies, controls and loop stability analysis, EMI suppression methods, analog and digital circuits and devices. + Strong capability to build prototypes, experimentation on systems, and bench testing + Familiar with multi layers PWB / PWA layout, knows either one of these tools: Cadence / OrCAD / Protel, etc + Be familiar with Safety and EMC performance test, reliability test experience will be preferred; + Background with system integration design and Power Module design will be preferred. + Basic regulation knowledge of CCC, UL, RoHS, CE, 510K… + Good Communications with proficient written and spoken English. **Inclusion and Diversity** GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
