Lead Server

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Lead Server to oversee and coordinate the daily dining operations in our establishment. The Lead Server will provide guidance to the serving staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a high standard of efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Coordinate and supervise the serving staff to ensure smooth dining operations.
2. Provide training and guidance to new servers.
3. Oversee the seating of guests and ensure prompt attention to their needs.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
5. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
7. Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
8. Uphold food safety standards and proper serving procedures.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong leadership abilities with a customer service-oriented approach.
4. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
5. Knowledge of food safety regulations.
6. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food service is a plus.
