The Lead Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters Senior Living. The Lead Server will train and mentor other Servers, and possess leadership qualities, assisting in providing work direction for the Server team.\n
Qualifications:\n\nAt least 16 years of age\nMust be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages\nNo experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred\nBasic knowledge in areas of safety, sanitation, chemical use Safety Data Sheets (SDS)\nPossess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care\nServe food and beverages to resident and guest in a professional and timely manner\nCreate a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents\nEngage with resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them\n\n
