**What is the job about?**
The Lead Service Administrator will support administrative tasks, processes, and systems through the Americas region while applying professional knowledge with the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues. This position reports to the Regional Service & Solutions Director and will be operate out of the Brookshire, TX facility or nearest service center on a hybrid schedule.
**Your main responsibilities** :
+ Administrative support for service colleagues and the different service processes.
+ Assure all tech certifications are in place to services and the processes comply with local and legal requirements.
+ Organize training courses, VCA toolboxes, etc.
+ Help organize customer and internal events for all areas in the region.
+ Support the communication channel in and outside our service organization.
+ Be the 5s point of contact for the regional implementation.
+ Document and follow up on all Kaizen projects implemented in all service centers and service vehicles.
+ Manage, maintain, update and replace all vehicles in the Regional service organizations’ fleet to comply with local and legal requirements.
+ Provide travel agency support as needed.
+ Work with the EHS team on monthly data processing and support various company events across the region.
**Your background** :
We imagine that you have:
+ A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical background or equivalent is highly desired, but experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
+ A minimum of 7+ years in a high-level administrative setting, preferably within a production-controlled environment.
+ Experience and knowledge of systems and programs such as SAP CS, SAP CRM and other Office applications.
+ Communicative, independent, strong, initiative and results oriented.
