The successful candidate will have more than five years of experience in SharePoint, be an expert in preparing SharePoint for the use of CoPilot, and have experience supporting SharePoint at an enterprise level with more than 1,000 users. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES + Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions to meet business needs. + Work closely with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions. + Prepare SharePoint 365 for the use of CoPilot, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. + Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members. + Stay up to date with the latest developments in SharePoint and related technologies. + Leverage SharePoint to develop and maintain the company's intranet site. REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS + More than five years of experience in SharePoint. + Expertise in preparing SharePoint 365 for the use of CoPilot. + Experience supporting SharePoint at an enterprise level with more than 1,000 users. + Strong technical skills, including experience with SharePoint development, administration, and architecture. + Experience leveraging SharePoint for a company's intranet. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Ability to follow a hybrid work policy, with three days a week in the office. WORK ENVIRONMENT + Hybrid Role: Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding) COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $102,700 – 145,000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
