Lead Shipping/Receiving Specialist - Level 5 (1st shift)

As a Lead Shipping & Receiving Specialist Level 5 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for overseeing the shipping and receiving operations in our Aerospace business. You will ensure the efficient and accurate movement of goods, manage inventory control, and maintain compliance with shipping and receiving regulations. This role is critical in assisting our supply chain and ensuring on-time delivery to our customers.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our Aerospace business by ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through the shipping and receiving process. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, resolve any issues, and drive continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\n1st shift 7:30am-4:00pm Monday - Friday\nLead team members within the department and Team mentoring/training.\nContinuously monitor and improve inventory control processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\nManage/track goods movements.\nInvestigate missing material and troubleshooting.\nPackage product per requirements\nOrder & maintain supplies.\nCoordinate and implement process improvements.\n5S activities\n\n
