What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Engineer for Simulation & Automation on the Cisco 8000 team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing simulation software and tools used in accelerating our IOS-XR & SONIC development.  You will work with Silicon One ASIC, SDK, and Network software teams to create digital twice of our router and AI fabric products.

You are a passionate engineer with proven ability to deliver complete software projects independently, leveraging your deep technical knowledge and excellent collaboration skills.

Minimum Qualifications: 

 Bachelor’s with 8+ years OR Masters with 6+ years’ experience in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering in implementing and deploying simulators or related tools and infrastructure. Experience modeling ASIC’s and NPUs.Experience in C/C++ programming and python/scripting languages.
