Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Software Developer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for leading development efforts to support the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution System (FORGE). FORGE is a program that will utilize the resources and capabilities of both the legacy Space Based-Infrared System (SBIRS) and the Next Generation OPIR system. FORGE will use current ground architecture to leverage newer technologies, facilitate the addition of new systems, and incorporate these into a common C2 architecture that includes infrastructure, platform, and core services.

What You'll Be Doing:

Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software.
Conduct vulnerability analysis and reverse engineering for software of interest.  
Apply software engineering principles including continuous validation and product control.Create and maintain product documentation and participant in all system and subsystem planning meetings.Manage team comprised of developers, engineers, system administrators, and network engineers.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Programming in C, C++, Python, Java or other relevant programming languages.Reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis.BS degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related discipline and 10+ years of experience.Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience in the Command and Control (C2) systems.Experience with SBIRS or OPIR architectures.Full stack development. Database and SQL knowledge.Cloud computing.Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT level II certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, CISSP, Security+, etc.)Active TS/SCI

Salary Range: 

$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
