Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT. In 2025 and beyond we will be aggressively improving the UX and performance of our apis both through our services and in partnership with our upstream data sources and our front end clients. Responsibilities: * Write code for a backend middle-ware layer that enables the customer management of their mobile devices for Spectrum Mobile * Maintain a GQL orchestration layer in TS, and a business domain layer in Java * Review architecture, suggest changes, point out issues * Produce code using the team resources that is no more complicated than it needs to be * Provide a high level of support to clients * Troubleshooting * Fielding ""how does X work?"" questions * Maintain customer service to clients that feels like we are all in the same room * Grow developers * Plan work * Write tickets * Sequence work * Estimate work at various points of discovery
