A week in the life of a Lead Software Engineer: 

Lead architectural meetings and code reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and strategic objectives.  Engage in hands on development work with a small team of developers to deliver solutions for the enterprise  Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and technical expertise to foster growth and quality work.  Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies, trends, and tools.  Build and maintain cloud native solutions within Microsoft Azure  Experiment and evaluate new technologies to integrate innovative solutions, enhancing the organization's offerings and capabilities
