About you :
Work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and priority of new enhancements and features and ensure that the stakeholders needs are being met.Actively participate and collaborate in meetings, processes, agile ceremonies and interaction with other technology groups.Works with Architects to assist in Architecture direction and finalise design.Help break down deliverables into meaningful stories for the development team.Provide technical leadership to software or systems engineering teams. Proactively share knowledge and best practices on using new and emerging technologies across all the development and testing groups.Provide technical support to operations or other development teams by troubleshooting, debugging, and solving critical issues in the production environment promptly to minimize user and revenue impact.Create and maintain all required technical documentation related to assigned components to ensure supportability.About the Role :
7+ years of professional software development experience.5+ years of experience with .NET, Java and other core languages such as C#, Python, and Java, across the technology industry.Proficiency in programming languages in Python.Exposure to and interest in Natural Language Processing and Generative AI techniques.Ability to debug and diagnose complex issues.Experience with version control (Git, GitHub).Experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda) for cloud-based deployments.Experience with Linux.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Excellent and creative problem-solving skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.#LI-AD1
