10+ years of Java backend development experience with strong programming skillsBuild and maintain REST APIs and web servicesStrong experience in designing and implementing microservice based architecturesKey skills: Core Java, Microservices, spring boot, Kafka, REST, Postgress, SQLAnalyze and troubleshoot data and application issues and implement smart improvements and solutionsHighly proficient in SQL , PL/SQL, NoSQLClear understanding of client-server functionality, web browser technology, object oriented programming, functional programming and server side programming languages.Working knowledge of AWS environments.Experience with modern web architectures and asynchronous service-to-service communication. Be able to work with onshore counterparts with reasonable overlap time and attend onshore calls. Be able to step up when situation demands such as meeting deadlines and critical production issues. Be performance driven, highly motivated to adopt new technologies, challenges and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent team player with strong verbal & written communication skillsExperience in Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins)Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
