YOUR IMPACT: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the redesign and modernization of an existing thick client application. Your expertise in UI/UX design and web development will drive the transformation of this application into a cutting-edge, user-friendly, and scalable web application using ReactJS. If you are passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and possess a strong command of front-end technologies, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the evolution of our application's interface.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.Design and implement elegant, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS and modern front-end web development best practices.Create detailed mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the UI/UX design process.Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code that meets established coding standards and practices.Develop comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.Collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and services.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in front-end development strategies.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

 

Must HaveStrong proficiency in ReactJS, including component design and state management.Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS, including responsive design principles.Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive and user-friendly interfaces.Proficiency in working with RESTful Web Services and integrating front-end components with back-end APIs.Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.

 

 

 

 

Nice to HaveProficiency in Java and experience with GWT (Google Web Toolkit).Familiarity with REST API development and best practices.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CI/CD Pipelines) to facilitate streamlined deployment processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in front-end web development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering UI/UX-focused projects.Strong portfolio showcasing your work in UI/UX design and front-end development.
