Your Impact:

 

As a Lead  Software Engineer you will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform highly complex product architecture, design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities. You will also play a key role in the development of work teams by providing others with direction and leadership. You will also be involved in cross-team planning activities such as providing status updates and coordinating activities.

 

What the Role Offers:

 

Detailed technical design of complex software components.Produce high quality code according to design specifications.Utilize superior analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix highly complex code defects. Lead software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards. Lead and mentor other team members.

 

What you need to succeed:

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field 10+ years of enterprise product development experience A strong understanding of Application Architecture, High level and Low level design.Good programming practices with solid object-oriented development experience.Strong analytical and debugging skills to understand existing product. Strong hands on experience in C,C++,Unix,Win32 , MFC, Linux or UnixClear understanding of system programming and its challenges.Good understanding of Core Java/JNI Contribute to the continual improvement of our agile development processesExperience liaising with groups of people across several geographies Excellent communication and time management skills
