So, what’s the role all about?

 

Digital Platform, APK, working with Rasa AI, pilots with ChatGPT Scrum/Agile, weekly sprints L2/L3 Customer Support

 

 

How will you make an impact?

 

Lead the team of 5 developers (2x BE, 3x FE) from the technological perspective Ensure high quality of the code, best practises, patterns, supportability, observability, stability and scalability Work closely with Product Manager Work closely with QA team members on ensuring outstanding quality Cooperat with DevOps on best deployment and provisioning of the application Drive the overall effectiveness of engineering team and needed tooling Participate and execute on the overall architecture of the product Cross-team communication (ops, other NICE products) Code Reviews Participate in interviews of new team members

 

 

Have you got what it takes?

 

Some degree of experience designing architecture for SaaS Strong experience with PHP (team is using PHP 8.2+) Good experience or understanding of JavaScript (React) Good experience with AWS Cloud or similarTeam lead experience English B2+ Nice to have – Elasticsearch, Docker, Rasa, Node.js, Python
