YOUR IMPACT

 

As a Lead Software Engineer you will utilize knowledge on AI and LLMs and experience to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities. You will also play a key role in the development of work teams by providing others with direction and leadership. You will also be involved in cross-team planning activities such as providing status updates and coordinating activities.

 

What The Role Offers

 

Lead, drive and implement highly scalable and complex solutions on AI, including LLMs, Inference Engineering and Prompt EngineeringProduce high quality code according to design specificationsUtilize superior analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix highly complex code defectsDefine best practices and standards for database design.Serve as a thought leader, mentor and advocate for best practices concerning data ArchitectureLead software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standardsCollaborate with Product Owner to plan and prioritize tasks for others to support the achievement of team objectivesProvide status updates to stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary. Lead and/or participate in the software development process from design to release in an Agile Development Framework

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 8+ years of enterprise product development experience Strong OOD and programming experience is requiredCode Assist and Generative AI Experience is desirableExperience in Docker, Kubernetes is a mustOAuth2 / OIDC experience is desiredExperience in any of the IDE Plugin Skills is desirable

•        VS Code Plugin and/or Typescript skills

•        Jetbrains Plugin and/or Java skills

•        Visual Studio Plugin and/or C# skills

•        Eclipse Plugin and/or Java skills

A strong understanding of Application Architecture, High level and Low-level designPython full stack development (Django/FastAPI), SQLAlchemy/PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript, Docker/K8s deployment, AWS/GCP cloud servicesLangChain/LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain4j/Semantic Kernel, DJL (Deep Java Library)Vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate), MLOps (MLflow/Weights & Biases)LLM Integration, RAG, Prompt Engineering, LLM Evaluation and Model - fine tuning, AI Observability and monitoring  Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring, and J2EE technologies or Python frameworksExperience of Rust, TypeScript would be a plusExpert in Postgres, RESTGood understanding of performance and security aspects of software developmentGood communication skills
