YOUR IMPACT

As a Lead Software Engineer, the candidate will possess strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies. This individual should be highly self-motivated and a proactive problem-solver. Leveraging superior knowledge and experience, you will be responsible for:

Leading the design and architecture of complex software products.Conducting in-depth systems analysis and research.Implementing and maintaining high-quality software solutions.Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

What The Role Offers

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality Angular/React applications.Develop and maintain robust front-end frameworks using Angular/React.Lead a team of 4-5 developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.Possess strong experience with microservices architecture and Spring Boot.Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, service consumers, and product owners. Provide valuable feedback to Quality Engineering teams and product owners.Translate business requirements into effective and efficient technical implementationsAuthor and execute comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code quality.Contribute positively to a geographically dispersed team environment.Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.Proven expertise in building robust and scalable applications using AngularJS/ReactJS, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures. Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO, OAuth2, and Spring Security.Solid experience in developing and consuming RESTful web services.In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum), continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and behavior-driven development (BDD).Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues.Proactive approach to debugging and root cause analysis.Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
