Job Description Working with roughly 40+ people, technical expert, personally with business partners, understand and translate requirements Architects, designs, and helps different team members to deliver digital solutions Develops applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and the Microsoft technologies suite Engage in hands-on, in-depth analysis, review and design of the software, including technical review and analysis of source code. Will include reviews of in-house developed code, as well as review of technologies provided by 3rd party vendors. Think strategically and balance short-term needs with longer-term business priorities Reviews and analyzes business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates Participates in all the Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning and Estimation, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives Troubleshoots and resolves issues in a timely fashion, communicating updates as determined until issue is resolved Works closely with the team to help identify root cause and implements solutions to reduce recurring defects and issues We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
