Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead application and system architecture and design initiatives to align with enterprise objectives.Advise the Government on IT system strategies, solutions, and technologies to meet business and functional requirements.Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance mission capabilities.Develop comprehensive business cases, including ROI assessments, for proposed IT solutions.Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks and methodologies to support project delivery.Ensure seamless integration of application development frameworks into the enterprise network.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and architect solutions that meet mission-critical requirements.

Requirements:

The use of Non-U.S. citizens, including Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs), is not permitted in the performance of this contract.An active Public Trust clearance 10+ years of experience in software development5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and technologies, with additional experience in network architecture.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems.In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional 10 years of experience in software development and engineering is required, totaling 15 years of relevant experience.Demonstrated expertise in developing business cases and ROI analyses.Extensive knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks and their practical applications in project execution.Strong understanding of application development frameworks and methodologies for enterprise network integration.
