Job Description:

Digital Business Automation Services is looking for a Lead Software Engineer with excellent working background in Enterprise Content Management. It will require experience in one or more of the following platforms: FileNet and CMOD

The Digital Business Automation Services focuses on its goals by bringing together a highly skilled ECM and document capture practitioners aimed at:

Preserving and exploiting the full value of our ECM technology investments.Promoting and providing delivery enablement through a consistent set of skills, standards, and proven practices.Supporting and maintaining a stable, high performing production environment.Reducing overall risk of implementation on projects.Allowing for repeatable implement approaches and a consistent deployment process.

What will you do?

As part of Digital Business Automation Services, you will be responsible for the following:

Participate and support system monitoring, application patching, problem resolution and support requests for ECM applications and environmentsSupport and respond to Incident management requests related to ECM application and environmentsParticipate in Disaster Recovery planning and testingApply analysis skills to understand and assess the impact of infrastructure and technical changes within the environment and to support these changesProvide input and status to the Operations Manager and DirectorEnsure Sun Life Information Security and Governance Policies are followed in all solution

What do you need to succeed?

5 Years of IT experience preferably with a degree in Computer Science or a related technology degree/diplomaCertification and/or 5 years’ experience with various Enterprise Content Management, such as FileNet and CMODDemonstrates problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations/problems systematically and deliver effective right-sized solutions in a timely mannerExperience with integrating vendor packages into an established production environment consisting of various technologies and platformsStrong working background with client-server environments and exposure to web-based applicationsExperience with AWS and OpenShift Cloud technologyExperience with Docker and KubernetesExperience with DevOps toolsExperience with APM or other monitoring toolsExperience with Change and Release Management processKnowledge of Agile Methodology  Ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a multi-site environment.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle several tasks efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Southern California region: $103,900 - $155,900 annually

Central California region: $109,600 - $164,400 annually

Northern California region: $117,100 - $175,700 annually 
  
If you are a Minnesota, Colorado or Nevada resident, the salary range for this position is $99,200 - $148,800 annually 
 
If you are an Illinois, Connecticut or Maryland resident, the salary range for this position is $103,900 - $155,900 annually 
 
If you are Washington, Washington D.C., and Rhode Island resident, the salary range for this position is $109,600 - $164,400 annually 
  
If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $117,100 - $175,700 annually
