Your role:

Lead the team to deliver robust Targeted Marketing solutions including Communication Experiment, Consumer Journey Enablement, Local Market and Data integrations to meet business need.Own the resource plans for a squad, hire, mentor, drive the growth and personal development of resources in the team.Innovating, solution designing, and implementing highly available, scalable solutions, focusing on highly visible marketing initiatives.Provide technical leadership and best engineering practices to continuously deliver working software.Lead the construction of new features and identifying areas for improvement proactively.Partner closely with product owner to ensure that tactics and sequence of technical work.Collaborate with upstream and downstream technical teams to develop integrations to provide a seamless flow and delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical areas or equivalent experience.8+ years’ experience developing robust enterprise solutions, APIs, and services. Hands-on coding experience with backend development skills in Java.Expertise with designing and tuning relational database (MySQL) and NoSQL (Dynamo DB, MongoDB).Lead the design and the development of technical solutions.Providing technical leadership and participate in solving complex problems.Hands-on experience working in a distributed/cloud-based environment (AWS preferred) with high transaction volumes.Expertise in microservices architecture, domain driven design with cloud based, DevOps way.Experience working with product owner, other development teams, and QA teams to accelerate software development and increase quality.Comfortable working within an exciting fast-paced environment by reducing ambiguity and building trust with the team.Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles.Collaborate with a globally distributed team, have ability to work collaboratively at all levels in matrix environment.Previous experience in managing digital programs in retail/e-commerce industry or marketing technology (MarTech) domain knowledge is strong plus.Fluent English and Chinese communication skill (including oral and written).
