Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in San Leandro, CA.  

Job Role and Responsibility: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., CIO Technology Group is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments; Contribute to large scale planning of strategies; Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments; Review moderately complex technical challenges that required an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures; Resolve moderately complex issues and collaborate with a team to meet existing client needs or potential new client needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements; Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals; Lead projects and act as an escalation point. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. Position requires 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

5 years of Java development experience5 years of web services experience5 years of Exchange Web Services (EWS) and Zelle transactions experience5 years of Microservices deployment with Spring Boot4 years of experience with MongoDB3 years of Behavior-driven development (BDD)Experience with Java, JSON, Junit, REST, GIT, and J2EE

Salary: $133,300 - $237,100
