Responsibilities:Collaborate with diverse teams to pinpoint and address intricate enterprise challenges.Lead initiatives to streamline development processes, reducing developer friction by implementing tools and practices that enhance productivity and collaboration.Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and Publix’s internal guidelines.Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Lead the design and development of scalable enterprise grade software solutions.Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts, implementing effective solutions.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend beneficial adoptions.Define technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.Conduct code reviews and technical discussions to promote quality and innovation.
