i3 is hiring a Lead Software Simulation Architect/Engineer in Huntsville, AL. In this role you will use your software engineering skills to design and develop the crew mission trainer simulator for a ground-based missile launcher. In addition, you will provide technical leadership, planning, and organization to the team to meet program milestones and objectives. The software will leverage C# as the primary coding language and work with an internally defined simulation framework.
ResponsibilitiesThis position involves leading a team in the design and implementation of the trainer. Other responsibilities include:
Analyzing and decomposing customer requirementsRoutine communication and technical interchanges with end users, government customers, and contributing teamsDeveloping new features and implementing bug fixesIntegrating libraries and applications into the systemRoutine collaboration with team members in developing system capabilitiesLeading the team in the adoption and following of agile and i3 defined software practicesPerforming customer and end user demonstrations QualificationsRequired Qualifications
