Responsibilities:

As a Lead Solution Architect, you will act as both a “Product Manager” and “Program Manager” for Supply Chain Planning projects.This includes deeply understanding the business goals and user needs; defining functionality to meet those needs and deliver process improvement; handling project scope and schedule; and partnering closely with Business and Enablement teams to support communication, training and adoption.

Strategic thought leader: identify ways for our planning organization to optimize inventory and improve key metrics

Technical leadership: Lead large-scale planning system implementation and small-scale planning enhancements to improve planning process and reduce inventory cost for a large Supply Chain organization.Work with stakeholders, including business teams, data scientists and development teams to blueprint and define high-level solution that align to expected business outcomesIdentify opportunities to improve business process and drive operational efficiencyWrite requirements to capture the user needs and expected business outcomesFacilitates important business process decisions and work with development teams to ensure design alignmentAct as a trusted advisor when questions arise regarding planning solutions and metrics

Program Management leadership: Develop and implement the strategy, vision and goals of the programLead project scope and schedule to ensure projects are completed on timeAnticipate areas of risk and determine ways to mitigate and resolve themCommunicate with stakeholders proactively throughout the project to gather inputs, keep them updated, and coordinate with other teamsEvaluate and improve the program's performance and outcomesPartner closely with Change Management team and vendor teams to provide inputs to support communication, training, and adoption of new planning solutions

Our Lead Solution Architectures earn between $128,400 - $192,600 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
