Job Description Insight Global is currently partnering with a Global leader in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Fire & Security hiring for a Lead Solutions Architect, Data to join it's Digital Team. This Architect, will help design and ensure adherence to the design of multiple global digital products being developed within our clients Digital Ecosystem. This role will work on a range of software products critical to our clients continued business growth. As a Lead Solution Architect, you will be the technical and functional leader of a practice of architects responsible for solving complex business and technology issues, from strategy to execution. This position can sit remotely and pays an hourly rate of $80-90/HR. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience in Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar roles in data management  5+ years of system design and architecture experience  3+ years of engineering/development team leadership experience (Team Lead, Eng. Mgr, or similar)  Proficiency designing data warehousing solutions and implementing ETL/ELT patterns  Proficiency in modeling data from source systems to intermediary storage to production consumption  In-depth understanding of database structure principles for relational, non-relational, and graph databases  Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements  Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques  Proficiency in SQL for efficiently accessing large volumes of data, managing tables/views, and advanced techniques such as joins, windows, and query optimization  Experience delivering business outcomes with data visualization tools  Experience developing and deploying modern, cloud-native software with infrastructure-as-code technologies Experience building up a new team of technology professionals  Experience leading a team that drives digital transformation throughout the business  Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud native patterns, and cloud computing capabilities especially as offered by AWS  Strong skills and experience in Analytics Cloud migration and implementation, AWS services related to analytics, AI/ML, CI/CD  Experience developing highly scalable applications using service-oriented, microservice, and/or RESTful  API based architectures at an enterprise scale  Experience in messaging platforms, protocols, and technologies  Experience in EMR, Hadoop, HIVE, or similar data engineering technologies  Experience in managing and optimization Big Data / Hadoop clusters  Design for failover, high availability, MTTR, MTTF and MTBF  Experience in designing and implementation of automated backup and restoration of databases, data lakes null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
