YOUR IMPACT:
As Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level solutions with OpenText Cloud Fax and Notifications services for commercial and end-user applications. You will collaborate with sales, partners, and customers; and will be working with multiple platforms, tools, and a variety of OpenText cloud solutions and on-premise technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who strive to solve real-life business and technology problems through the implementation of enterprise software, cloud solutions (SaaS/PaaS); and enjoy acquiring hands-on skills and experience with new technologies. Strong customer focus, sales, and customer relationship bias. 

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Pre-sales demonstration, design of implementations of OpenText products (EasyLink/Xpedite Fax2Mail/cloud fax solutions, Notifications and Cloud Security).Leading large-scale enterprise system solution positioning involving one or multiple OpenText products and technologies, including business workflow and capture-related solutions.Supporting and working with senior salespeople and C-Level customers in pre-sales and sales phase as lead technical communicator.Acquiring specific knowledge and developing domain expertise relating to industry best practices, available/competing technologies and regulatory compliance for healthcare, financial, legal, and manufacturing verticals.OpenText enterprise fax and messaging products/solutions.Knowledge of networking, telco, and IP-based transport protocols.Cloud implementation, and systems implementation and troubleshooting with Microsoft platform.Implementing and supporting business software and enterprise solutions.Services, Solutions or Consulting environment 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 

5+ years of systems implementation and support experience within Cloud Fax services.5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft technologies (Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Windows Servers technologies). Microsoft Operating Systems and TCP/IP networking skills Exchange, Lotus Notes and SMTP / POP3 servicesBusiness analytics and enterprise software/solution consultation experience RightFax and/or Messagemanager preferred
