As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. You will apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Placing and following up on POs. Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Managing problems and scheduling changes. Updating ERP.
· Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
· Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
· Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.

To be successful in this role you will:
· Show solid experience gained in a Sourcing/Procurement role in oil and gas environment.
· Demonstrate competence in building sourcing strategies, negotiations, supplier selection/ management and negotiating sourcing contracts.
· Have good understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.
· Be able to speak Mandarin fluently and demonstrate Intermediate / Advanced English.
· Have good working knowledge of Microsoft office, experience with Oracle is an advantage.
