As a Lead Specialist, CS, B&C, P&B, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer experience within the North American region.  Your primary responsibility will be order-management and communication with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Process purchase orders/samples within SAP system; orders are received via email, EDI, our portal and at times also access and maintain orders via customer portal.Order management: order changes/updates, confirmations, allocation releases, monitoring your open order report daily, communicate with customer on order status and anticipated delays/alternate availability.Enter Credits, Debits, Returns, and ComplaintsWork with Master Data to maintain customer specific instructions and material references.Coordinate and maintain effective communications with internal stakeholders (such as commercial, supply chain, sales, logistics, finance, documentation, quality, and other cross functional teams) concerning customer requirements, issues and feedback.Strengthen customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs, proactively addressing issues, and providing satisfactory solutions.

You bring:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus1-3 years’ experience in a similar roleHigh skill level in M/S Word, Excel, and PowerPointSAP or similar ERP system experienceProfessional conduct and communicationEngagement and communication skillsA commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives
