Consulting Learning & Development: Consulting Learning & Development provides knowledge and skills development to enable business performance and the professional growth of our professionals, enabling them to serve clients and grow in their careers. Consulting Learning & Development partners closely with business teams to identify, prioritize, and address a diverse set of professional, technical, and leadership skills within networks, career models, and levels.

Work you’ll do
You will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities may include:

Plan, execute and operationalize in-person and virtual development programs and processesDraft compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate training plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholdersMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when creating and reviewing deliverables Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at DeloitteParticipate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peersUse critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problemsApply project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on trackDemonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in learning and development practices.

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 6 years of related professional experience in developing adult learning programs and training experiencesMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the futureAbility to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be able to come into the office periodically for office events

Preferred

Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experienceExperience working in a learning and development organizationPrior consulting or professional services experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400-$148,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
