**Job Description:**
We are seeking motivated individuals for a Lead Transitional Specialist, Transitions & OPEX position, which is a critical role in driving our success. In this role, you will provide onsite support to assigned accounts during initial and restart transitions. As a subject matter expert (SME) in our operational systems and processes, you will leverage playbooks to enhance service delivery and facilitate the account team's assimilation and acclimation to the ABM Way.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide onsite support for assigned accounts during initial and restart transitions, ensuring a seamless process.
+ Act as a subject matter expert on operational systems and processes, guiding teams through the transition phases.
+ Utilize playbooks to drive effective service delivery and ensure adherence to the ABM Way.
+ Collaborate closely with account teams to help them acclimate to new processes and standards.
+ Monitor and evaluate the transition process, identifying areas for improvement and offering actionable insights.
+ Deliver training and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and adaptability.
+ Document feedback and lessons learned to enhance future transitions and playbook effectiveness.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
+ Previous experience in a transitional support role or similar position is highly desirable.
+ Strong understanding of operational systems and processes, with a focus on service delivery.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
+ Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and work collaboratively in a team setting.
+ Willingness to travel to various account locations as needed, at least 3+ weeks per month.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Degree in business, operations, or engineering a plus
+ Experience participating in large scale projects and/or startups in both new construction phase, greenfield manufacturing sites and long-established sites
+ Knowledge of the ABM Way of starting new multi-service accounts is a plus
+ Experience in performing or coordinating hard services preventative and corrective maintenance is a plus
+ Experience in performing or coordinating clean room janitorial services is a plus
+ Strong execution and multitasking skills, especially in newly formed teams and ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
+ Relationship building and ability to navigate complex situations and conflict and handle tight deadlines with composure
+ Process and standardization certifications and training (lean, kaizen, etc.)
