**Position Description:**
Performs advanced, specialized work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under minimal supervision within established policies with latitude for independent judgment. Works on special projects as assigned. May substitute for supervisor during his/her absence.

**Major/Essential Functions:**
+ Manage all print and digital marketing/video materials such as flyers, website, bookmarks, event signage, certificates, photo/panel collages, and marketing materials with 100% accuracy by requested deadlines. Establish and manage regular, annual updates and revisions of all material as necessary in accordance with the requirements/instructions. Communicate regularly in regards to marketing needs. Stay up to date on all changes in marketing guidelines.
+ Manage all social media outlets for the Office of Admissions with 100% accuracy by requested deadlines in a timely and professional manner in accordance with the requirements/instructions of the Associate Academic Dean, Senior Director or Associate Director. Develop digital content to recruit for and represent the Office of Admissions and all sponsored or related events. Manage Office of Admissions Website and update as needed interfacing with campus IT to ensure compliance. Maintain all platforms in compliance with institutional policies and procedures and stay up to date on all changes in marketing and social media guidelines.
+ Screen and evaluate medical school applications. With 100% accuracy and in compliance with TMDSAS and institutional requirements and deadlines.
+ Assist in preparation/conduct of interview days and subsequent Admissions Committee meetings. Tasks completed by established weekly deadlines.
+ Assist in admitting MATCH students using BANNER and upload student’s application file into BANNER/Xtender. Complete with accuracy and in compliance with institutional policies and procedures and FERPA regulations.
+ Process all admitted student’s transcripts into BANNER and Xtender, verify transcripts for pre-requisites as well as degree conferred, and place holds on student record if transcripts are missing. Complete with accuracy and in compliance with institutional policies and procedures and FERPA regulations.
+ Prepare a variety of documents (incoming students contact list, colleges list, Powerpoint presentations).
+ Assist in monitoring Axiom, BANNER, TMDSAS, and AMP to ensure that all applicants have accurately transferred within systems and status have changed. In accordance with institutional and departmental policies and procedures.
+ Maintains a wide variety of confidential materials relating to department faculty, staff, students, and applicants. In compliance with institutional policies and procedures and FERPA regulations.
+ Submit and track JIRA work tickets. In compliance with institutional policies and procedures and FERPA regulations.
+ Oversee, manage, and track the Safety Program within the Office of Admissions (USO). In compliance with institutional policies and procedures and FERPA regulations.
+ Maintain the Office of Admissions glass display case. In accordance and requirements of the Associate Dean or Senior Director. In accordance with institutional and departmental policies and procedures.
+ Assist with recruitment and advising as needed. In a professional manner and provide accurate information tailored to the specific needs of the requestor.
+ Assist with outreach/pipeline programs as needed. In a professional manner to support program goals and represent TTUHSC EP and PLFSOM. In accordance with institutional and departmental policies and procedures. In accordance with instructions from Associate Academic Dean and Senior Director.
+ Monitor the transcript email box and foster email box and respond in a timely manner.
+ Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes.
+ Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Academic Dean, Senior Director or Director.

+ Knowledge of institutional admissions and academic policies.

+ Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
