Overview Lead specialist should be able to work on multiple data analytics and business intelligence projects and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders. Excellent knowledge on understanding clients requirement, ask relevant questions and gather project related information in order to manage end to end project individually. Good experience in handling team of 6 to 10 member and following supervisor’s instructions. Should have experience working on data management and knowledge on deriving insights from the output that drive business value. Should be proactive to learn new skills per business requirement. How you'll make an impact Excellent skills in Data analysis & Generating key Insights Good hands-on experience on tools like PowerBI & SQL. Good knowledge of MS Office, Visual Studio, and Data Management Good to have knowledge of MS Access, Tableau, Python, R. Team Performance Management – Manage, Motivate, Delegate and Control Maintain good rapport with team and clients Attention to detail and Quick Learner Sense of Urgency and Goal Setting Critical-thinking, Strategic thinking and problem-solving Excellent verbal and written Communication skills Work with other department like: IT, Admin, HR etc Monitor analytics and metrics results Implement new data analysis methodologies Ready to learn Insurance concepts Abide company policy and ethics Innovate, Enhance existing projects Training and Supporting team members on technical and non-technical skills About you Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of team management experience in the same domain Should be ready work in any shift.
