**Location:** Hybrid Opportunity- One week work from home followed by a week in office
**Hours:**
+ Work From Home Weeks: Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm
+ In-Office Weeks: Monday- Friday from 8:30-5:30pm
This is an intermediate position to support a highly performing, multi-process work team in the completion of consumer loan processing and servicing tasks related to loan origination; including documentation review and processing initial fundings on consumer loans and lines of credit. The person filling this position will meet service levels and quality goals as well as adhere to departmental procedures. The incumbent will provide superior quality customer service while incorporating the essence of the Key Values.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
+ Effectively manage funding process in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
+ Enter account information, document financial transactions, and prepare disbursements for loan funding.
+ Process accurate and timely loan payoffs on accounts.
+ Process new loan fundings with strict adherence to proper procedure and segregation of duties.
+ Balance general ledger (GL) entries to minimize account outages and work with the Accounting Department to correct discrepancies in a timely manner.
+ Perform careful and timely review of various reports to alleviate potential customer impact and to ensure system integrity. Take appropriate actions to address issues.
+ Print and distribute account correction, subordination, and various other letters to clients.
+ Research requests to a logical conclusion and execute remedial action. Communicate the results to the requestor effectively and timely.
+ Actively seek opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality, and the client experience.
+ Apply basic accounting principles.
+ Effective management of work queues to ensure timely processing of tasks.
+ Answer client’s basic questions and inquiries.
+ Initiate inbound or outbound calls to varies parties internal and external to KeyBank.
+ Take the lead or participate in special projects (i.e. creation and management of procedural documents, working with system administrators on technical enhancements or testing, annual time study, etc.)
+ Commitment to and support of department in execution of business improvements and corporate initiatives.
+ Proactively identifies and resolves risk management and client service issues.
+ Ensures adherence to regulatory and corporate mandates, audits, and exams.
+ Be able to communicate and understand loan origination functions from inception to funding.
+ Prioritize work for self and team.
+ Effective utilization of dual monitor environment.
+ Support of virtual/in-office team environment and cross-site partnering.
+ Best practice sharing.
+ Complete other miscellaneous job functions as assigned by Management.
+ Availability to work hours between 8AM and 5:30PM EST Monday – Friday.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ High School Diploma.
+ Two years customer service experience with knowledge of bank loan and deposit products.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows products.
+ Ability to work under pressure, make basic judgments/decisions and meet deadlines.
+ Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced deadline driven environment while managing multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.
+ Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
+ Possess excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
+ Maintain strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
+ Open minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environment.
+ Ability to make independent decisions, to diffuse high-tension and volatile situations comfortably and with diplomacy.

+ Formal training or business experience with consumer loan products.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Associate or Bachelors Degree or the equivalent experience.
+ Working knowledge of loan funding systems (consumer loan approval and consumer accounting systems).
+ Financial Services background experience.
+ Knowledge of Financial Products.

+ Systems: Hogan, Lotus Notes, ACAPS, Retail Funding Database, KeyView Deluxe, Oracle Banking System, ALS, Mortgage Servicing Platform, APA, PTS, KeyNavigator, Dovetail, Quest.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.75 to $24.52 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
