What You'll Do

▪Manage Employee Relations Cases: Conduct thorough investigations on complex employee relations matters such as misconduct, grievances, and policy violations. Provide strategic recommendations and disciplinary action to HR and leadership teams weighing the extent of the violation, fairness of action, and keeping in view local employment laws.


▪Statutory Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across India (Maharashtra, Karnataka, Haryana, Tamil Nadu). Monitor regulatory changes, compliance audits, and update company policies and processes accordingly.


▪Conduct Workplace Conduct Training: Design and deliver training programs on topics such as workplace conduct, ethics, harassment prevention, and disciplinary procedures to promote a positive and compliant work environment.


▪Policy Implementation and Guidance: Collaborate with HR, legal, and compliance teams to develop and implement employee relations policies, ensuring alignment with both local laws and global best practices.


▪Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of improvement by identifying pain points in current ER processes and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and compliance.


▪Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of ER cases in ServiceNow. Prepare reports and metrics to monitor trends and outcomes, ensuring transparency and adherence to company protocols.

What You'll Bring

▪A post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, ideally within a high-performing professional services environment or a multinational organization.
▪Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements and ability to handle sensitive and complex ER matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
▪Good experience and understanding of managing complex reporting relationships in a matrixed organization and ability to incorporate multiple cultures. Partnering, consulting, influencing & relationship management skills
▪Excellent written and oral communication skills with the personal presence to influence others whether in small groups or presenting to large audiences
▪Role model with strong values & experience of change management
▪Flexible approach and ability to manage conflicting priorities
▪Can develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Builds strong networks and collaborative relationships

You'll be working closely with the Manager – Employee Relations. You will also engage with various other India entities and other global, regional, and local stakeholders
