We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Product Support team at Marsh as a Senior Identity and Access Management Lead . This role can be based remotely anywhere in Canada.
You will manage a team of up to 10 developers/business analysts both onshore and offshore focusing on the design, development and governance of user Identity Management. You will work with IAM management team to identify, design and plan IAM capabilities, tools/processes, and build prioritized strategies for implementation. You will also work closely with other Information Security teams on risk remediation, framework gap analyses, and audit requirements and liaise with internal Application teams to determine the maturity level of their IAM capabilities/processes and provide guidance on building actionable plans to address the gaps.

Experience/good knowledge of industry standard SDLC and change management process
Implement strategies set by senior management and receive guidance on special situations or outside area of responsibility.
Exhibit professional leadership skills contributing to broad initiatives.
Take lead on complex problems where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation of various factors
Can work on complex problems require conceptualizing & reasoning
Under little supervision determines own priorities and works well across teams
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Provide work leadership and training to lower level engineers
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of Technical Team Lead management experience
2+ years of hands-on technical experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting SailPoint IIQ
2+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell or Python
Solid understanding of SOX compliance audit process as it relates to Identity Management
Experience handling large scale, enterprise wide projects is highly desirable
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience/good knowledge of an industry standard change management process
Under minimal supervision determines priorities and works well across teams
Can work on complex problems require conceptualizing & reasoning

5 or more years of Development Team Lead Management experience
Hands on experience with Sailpoint, Saviynt or other IAM tools is highly desired

The applicable base salary range for this role is $86,500 to $152,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
