Lead Spray Foam InstallerDirect Hire  SUMMARY: As a Lead Spray Foam Installer, you’ll take charge of a crew and oversee spray foam insulation projects for both residential and commercial clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Leading and mentoring your team, helping them develop their skillsOperating and maintaining spray foam equipment with a focus on safety and efficiencySolving on-the-job challenges quickly and effectivelyCommunicating with clients to keep them informed and address any concernsEnsuring a safe, clean, and organized job site from start to finish.Requirements:No facial hair on cheeks and neck due to respirator use.Must be able to work in the US.Must speak English.
