Lead Sr. Software Engineer
Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Lead Sr. Software Engineer in Pleasanton, California. As a Lead Sr. Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, modifying, and developing software programming applications. You will be a key part of our team, focusing on implementing business logic and the data access layer of our application code. Experience with Unity gaming engine is required for this Lead role. Responsibilities • Design, modify, and develop software programming applications using C#, TSQL, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, and other technologies • Implement business logic and data access layers of application code • Troubleshoot and fix production issues reported by customers and internal consultants • Participate in Agile Scrum software development lifecycle events including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives • Mentor other software developers and associate software developers in making sound, pattern-based technical decisions • Develop technical architectures, design patterns, and implementation plans for team members to follow • Review, analyze, and modify existing proprietary applications to correct errors, improve performance, and add new features • Ensure customer satisfaction is met by all team members • Use automated testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, and other tools for static analysis like SonarQube and Snyk • Work with teams across multiple time zones, including offshore locations. • Experience with Unity gaming engine is required Requirements • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies is required. • Experience with Unity gaming engine is required • Experience in API Development is essential. • Strong knowledge of ASP.NET is required. • Expertise in C Sharp Programming (C#) is necessary. • Familiarity with JavaScript is expected. • Experience in UI Development is crucial. • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC Framework is required. • Knowledge of T-SQL - Transact-SQL is necessary. • Experience in Architecture Design is essential. • Proficiency in Soap Web Services is expected. • Familiarity with Rest Based Web Services is required. • Knowledge of Blazor is crucial. • Experience with Kendo UI is necessary. • Proficiency in Selenium is required. • Familiarity with Postman is essential. • Strong skills in Visual Studio are expected. • Expertise in SQL - Structured Query Language is required.
