Job Description:

As a Senior Client Sol Executive, you will work within a specified vertical and/or territory, generates sales by delivering solutions that address a diverse range of new customer needs for AT&T products, services, systems, and solutions. With the help of support resources, identifies sales opportunities and solutions for customers. Builds and maintains a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects. Initiates contact and visits with prospective customers in the designated vertical and/or territory. Focuses on developing new accounts.

What you'll do:

Observes/participates in presenting products and services that can benefit customer’s needs.Demonstrates broad and strong working knowledge of the organization’s entire product/service line.Partners with prospective clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver value-added business solutions.Develops responses to Request for Proposals.Utilizes consultative selling skills to close complex sales within a given vertical and/or territory.Sells in accordance with Company policy, procedures, and culture. Identifies keys trends and customer needs.Leverages industry knowledge and applications to find and close opportunities.Owns the initial account relationship and is responsible for meeting revenue objectives and other performance metrics.Leverages industry knowledge and applications to find and close opportunities.Demonstrates sustained record of sales achievement.Works on complex projects.

What you need:

Valid driver’s license and current auto insuranceReliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market.Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.Strong networking and negotiation skills

What you'll bring:

Requires a bachelor's degree.5-8 years direct work experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our Senior Client Sol Executive, earn between $60,200 - $120,400 + commissions with a total target compensation of $118,200 - $178,400.
