As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist Lead, you will have responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies\nto achieve CE goals for the assigned GBE, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value\nEngineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will be managing several\nprojects in dynamic environment. You will ensure compliance with company\nbusiness policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations. You will have\nresponsibility for driving the CE pipeline in accordance to the commodity\nmanagers strategies to achieve competitive lowest Total Cost for specific\nproduct lines. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will establish and execute\nbreakthrough initiatives designed to deliver results in current and future\nmarket/industry conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and execute Annual and Strategic Plan with supporting strategies.Coordinate with COE commodity teams, Supplier Quality, NPI Sourcing and Project sourcing to support HTS global sourcing goals.Manage and comply with sourcing & procurement processes while improving performance through an effective MOS.Lead Sourcing & Procurement alignment across GBE functions, including Supplier Transitions, Value Engineering, Supplier Development and Operations.Build/maintain a robust MOS with the GBE leaders to unlock project barriers.Build strong relationships with key commodity managers and internal stakeholders to create a strong pipeline.Identify strategic partners / Recognize and leverage supplier capabilities that align to business needs.Develop and drive strategies to enable supplier development and transitions in collaboration with stakeholders.Right and Fast execution of strategies to align with business Growth and New Product Introductions.Ensure Relationship development and management with key sourcing & GBE site leaders.Align with Site Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance and Quality and Other Honeywell BusinessesEvaluate risk on manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes.Improve turnaround time for project execution.Contribute with the improvement of digital transformation for the VE/CE COE.MUST HAVE:
5+ years of experience in Commodity Management / Procurement.Experience in developing Supply Base Management strategies with a proven record of delivering key business results.Strong negotiation and Program Management Skill’s.Flexibility to take on Special Projects and work directly with a Global Team.WE VALUE:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Technology or Finance minimum; preferably MBA.Demonstrate Honeywell behaviors Passion for Winning, Think Big and Make it Happen.Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience.Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management.Demonstrated Business and financial acumen.Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project.Our offer:
