Job Description
The CNC Swiss Lead will be responsible for setting up and operating long production work, managing day and night shift planning, and meeting production quotas. This role involves teaching and coaching machinists on machining techniques, work instructions, and quality practices.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Swiss machines (L12, L20, A20).Verify all products meet quality specifications using micrometers, calipers, and other hand inspection tools.Assist other machinists when needed.Essential Skills2+ years of CNC Swiss Machining lead experience.Ability to set up and operate 9 axis Swiss Machines.Extensive quality experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ years of CNC Swiss Management experience.CMM Programming and CNC Swiss (Esprit) experience.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $78645.00
